開發者不能不知道的Android 7.0多語系，6.0中文語系沒問題

toLanguageTag() 取得值為zh-TW，所以更改為zh-rTW在6.0同樣也能正常顯示中文。 如此一來，APP即可以相容於7.0和7.0以下，而User也不需額外的設定即可正常顯示中文了。
